Today I Feel: Eclipsed

Sometimes your good deeds go unnoticed. Instead people focus on the negatives. People may have assumptions about you based on misinformation they received from people who dislike you. Rumors and gossip are powerful things. I used to let that stuff get to me. Now I don't give a damn one way or another. That's where this piece came from. Instead of tripping off things that really don't matter, I choose to embrace the absurdity of it and turn that negative energy into positive energy.

Off topic a bit, but last night I had a great dinner with a dear friend of mine. We spoke about turning negative situations in our pasts into positives. It worked and we laughed our asses off.
